Membership must be currently active and in good standing (not past due) before any changes can be made
All recurring memberships can be cancelled with 28 days advance written notice of billing date. Written notification received less than 28 days will result in one final membership draft. Membership may NOT be cancelled while frozen. Membership must 1st be unfrozen and final payment processed before cancellation can be completed.
You cannot retroactively cancel your membership if your monthly draft has already been processed. No refunds will be given.
