Membership must be currently active and in good standing (not past due) before any changes can be made

Membership Cancellation:

  • Our All Access membership pricing options require a recurring auto draft payment. All recurring memberships automatically renew & require a 12 week minimum commitment. Down Payment + 2 billing cycles. If membership is canceled inside of 12 weeks, the remaining total balance of the 1st 3 payments is due upon cancellation.

  • All recurring memberships can be cancelled with 28 days advance written notice of billing date. Written notification received less than 28 days will result in one final membership draft.

  • Membership may NOT be cancelled while frozen. Membership must 1st be unfrozen and final payment processed before cancellation can be completed.

Membership Freeze:

  • All recurring memberships can be frozen for up to 3 billing cycles (in 28 day increments) per calendar year. Unused membership time will be added on the end of membership and billing date will be adjusted.

  • Written request must be submitted at least 14 days prior to billing date in order to freeze payment.

  • Freeze request will be granted based on date written notice is received or the desired future date. Upon freezing, membership will be scheduled to automatically resume and can be unfrozen sooner than scheduled date if desired by sending an un freeze request

  • When submitting your freeze request, please include the exact date you would like your freeze to being along with the desired duration of 1, 2, or 3 billing cycles.

  • Medical freeze: With written documentation from your doctor, a medical freeze can be placed on your account without a limit of 3 billing cycle maximum duration. This will allow you to freeze your account for as long a needed to be able to return.  In order to resume your membership after a medical freeze, a written medical release from your doctor stating you are able to resume exercising is required.

Membership Downgrade:

To downgrade from a recurring membership, written notice must be received at least 14 days prior to your next billing date. The final draft of current recurring membership will be pro-rated based on the new membership option selected.
